EXCHANGE & REFUND

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the products are sold, they can only be exchanged or replaced in case of damage during transit or packaging defects.
If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing us at itrustfoodfactory@gmail.com with the order number, full name, and images of the damaged product. Our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the exchange or replacement process. Please cooperate by providing additional details if requested. Once approved, please return the product to the following address:

Custom orders or bulk orders that are made as per specific client requirements are not eligible for exchange. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange. The cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned product is not in its original condition, or is found to be damaged or used.
