SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies. For international orders, the shipment is via leading international courier services. The processing time for orders is 2-3 working days. After dispatch, for deliveries within India, shipping usually takes 2-5 working days. For international orders, the shipping time depends on the country and may vary between 7-15 days.
Once dispatched, the tracking number will be shared with the registered email address to track the shipment. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will assist you in tracking your package.

PAYMENT TERMS

We offer secure credit, debit, and internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders, along with UPI and digital wallet payments.

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, followed by a notification once the order is dispatched.

TAXES

All prices are inclusive of applicable GST.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

As a company policy, we do not provide refunds on any product sold. Once the products are sold, they can only be exchanged or replaced in case of damage during transit or packaging defects.
If you receive a damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing us at itrustfoodfactory@gmail.com with the order number, full name, and images of the damaged product. Our customer service team will contact you within 1-2 business days and guide you through the exchange or replacement process. Please cooperate by providing additional details if requested. Custom orders or bulk orders that are made as per specific client requirements are not eligible for exchange. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for exchange. The cost of shipping the product back to us will be borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the returned product is not in its original condition, or is found to be damaged or used.
